It was Justified!

INT. AN APARTMENT

A couple Molly and Shannon are watching “Justified”.

MOLLY
God, I love this show.

SHANNON
Me too.

MOLLY
I love Timothy Olyphant.

SHANNON
Right, I love when he says justified.

MOLLY
I know right.

MOLLY (CONT’D)
I guess it’s time for bed.

Molly goes into the kitchen and sees Shannon’s gym clothes on the kitchen table.

MOLLY (CONT’D)
Why is this nastiness on here? You know that drives me nuts.

SHANNON
It was justified.

MOLLY
Very funny.

Shannon looks at her sheepishly.

SHANNON
If I would have put them away sooner, I would have missed the show.

MOLLY
Go put them away!

Shannon puts his gym clothes away.

Twenty minutes later. Shannon and Molly are getting ready for bed. As Molly is brushing her teeth she sees a clump of hair in the sink.

MOLLY (CONT’D)
Ewwww.....what is this? I told you to watch hair going down the drain!

SHANNON
It was justified.

MOLLY
Stop saying that, it’s really annoying!!!

SHANNON
What! I was late for work and didn’t have time to clean it. All my actions are always justified.

He tips a pretend cowboy hat, and makes guns with his fingers.

MOLLY
Maybe, it’s time to get rid of cable.

Later that night in bed. Post coital.

MOLLY (CONT’D)
You fell asleep.

SHANNON
It was justified.
